- Device information: device model, eSIM compatibility, and IMEI/EID used to provision your eSIM
- Usage data: data consumption, activation status, and network connectivity for the plans you purchase
- Support communications: messages you send us via chat, email, or contact forms
- Server logs: technical request data such as the API route accessed, timestamp, response status, and — for signed-in requests — your account ID, collected automatically to keep the service running
How we use your information
Providing our service
We use your information to provision eSIM profiles, process payments, and deliver the data plans you purchase.
Customer support
We use account and device information to troubleshoot activation or connectivity issues you report.
Communications
We may send you order confirmations, activation instructions, and service updates related to your purchase.
Reliability and security
We log technical request data — the route accessed, timing, response status, and error details — to diagnose failures, keep the service running, and detect abuse. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels; any insight into how the service is used comes from these same operational logs.
Sharing your information
We share data with eSIM network partners and payment processors only as needed to activate your plan and process transactions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data retention
We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with legal and tax obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited, rolling window before being automatically overwritten, and are not linked to your identity beyond your account ID.
