Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or using a Simwander eSIM plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Eligibility

You must have an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device to use our plans. It's your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase.

Plans and activation

Purchase

Plans are purchased through our website or app and delivered as a QR code or activation details via email.

Activation window

Most plans must be activated within a limited period from the date of purchase. Once activated, data validity begins immediately and cannot be paused.

Data usage

Plans include a fixed data allowance for a fixed validity period. Unused data does not roll over and is forfeited at expiry.

Payments

All prices are shown in your selected currency and are charged at the time of purchase. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely.

Refunds

Refunds are available for unactivated plans within the eligibility window described in our Refund policy. Activated plans are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Prohibited use

You agree not to resell, tamper with, or attempt to reverse-engineer eSIM profiles, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

Simwander is not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or device incompatibilities beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
