Manual activation

If you can't scan the QR code, you can type the same details in by hand. It takes a minute longer and works just as well.

On iPhone

1. Open Settings and tap Mobile Service (or Cellular).

   Settings›Mobile Service›Add eSIM›Use QR Code›Enter Details Manually

2. Tap Add eSIM, then Use QR Code, then Enter Details Manually at the bottom of the screen.

3. Type the SM-DP+ address and the activation code exactly as they appear in your email.

4. Tap Next and follow the prompts.

On Android

1. Open Settings and go to your SIM settings.

   Settings›Network & internet›SIMs›Add SIM

2. Tap Add SIM or Add eSIM, then look for Need help? or Enter it manually.

3. Enter the activation code from your email. Some phones ask for it as one line that starts with LPA:1$.

4. Confirm and wait for the plan to download.

Copy and paste the details if you can. A single wrong character will stop the activation.

After activation

Label the new line "Simwander", turn on Data Roaming for that line, and set it as your line for mobile data. The full steps are in How to install your eSIM.
